EzeMind AI offers various technology solutions including:
Business messaging and customer engagement platforms. Custom WhatsApp CRM solutions. AVA Healthcare management systems. AI agents and automation tools. Website and web application development. Custom software and business tools. AI and robotics research and development, including official Unitree robotics distribution in South Africa. Integration and process optimisation services.
Specific terms for individual products and services may be provided separately and shall be considered part of these Terms.
As an official Unitree distributor in South Africa, EzeMind AI provides sales, integration, training, and support for robotics platforms. Additional terms and warranties specific to robotics products will be provided at the time of purchase.
Payment terms for our services will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of any project. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in individual service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EzeMind AI be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
